Your rates
Charge per visit, per walk, per night or per day
Set up your rates for dogs, cats and other pets: a 30-minute visit billed per visit, a one-hour walk, home sitting billed per night or per day. Visits and walks have their own length, and you can add travel fees to any rate.
Two dogs at the same client's home? Turn on pricing by number of pets: for example, $22 for one dog, $30 for two, then $8 per extra dog. izyPet applies that price to every booking.

Two visits a day, scheduled in one go
A client is going on vacation for a week? Create one booking for the whole stretch, then add a time slot for each visit, for example 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM. izyPet creates every visit and adds it to your schedule.
Your travel fees are counted once per visit. izyPet works out the driving distance between your address and your client's, takes off your free miles and applies your rate per mile or by distance tier. For 18 visits, the contract counts 18 trips.

Plan a visit to feed the animal, clean its cage and check that all is well. You can create separate rates for these animals.

Find the health record or the prescription in the animal record, along with the vet's contact details.

Your client picks their pets, a visit or a walk, then a day and time from your availability. They see the estimated price based on the number of pets and can leave you instructions, like where the keys are or how much kibble to serve.
Every request shows up in your schedule. You accept or decline it. Home sitting isn't booked online: your client writes to you, then you prepare the booking and the contract.

Animal record
What to know before every visit
Each animal record holds the pet's photo, breed, age and ID number. You'll also find the owner's address and phone number, their emergency contact and the vet's details. You can add your own private notes.
The owner can attach the health record or a prescription to the animal record. Photos from the conversation are filed there too, when you link them to the pet.
Messaging
An update after every visit, with a photo
After a visit, send a photo, a short video or a voice message in the client's conversation. Owners get news of their pets while they're on vacation, and you never have to give out your personal number.
Each client has a single conversation for all their pets and all their bookings. Clients without an izyPet account get your messages by email and can reply by email.

Invoices and payment
Visits and travel fees, right on the invoice
izyPet prepares the invoice from the booking. It lists the visits and how many there were, then a travel fee line showing how it was worked out. Your client receives it by email and can pay online by card.
See what's been paid and what's still to collect. Paid in cash or by bank transfer? Record it and the invoice is marked as paid.
